Thinc are one of the UK’s leading SAP and Sage partners. The core business focus is around ERP solutions from Sage and SAP.
Once the MD had a chance to look under the hood of the business, he had put plans in place to grow across several key areas, and this is where we came in. Within 18 months we had filled 16 roles with them across graduates, sales, project management, admin, and support.
One of the difficulties they faced was securing the right talent in what was a small candidate pool. We helped overcome this with our search methodology and using our extensive network of candidates we were able to connect and introduce not just active candidates, but and most importantly the passive candidates, which gave them the best chance of securing the right person for the job.
Luware are a Swiss provider of cloud-based unified communications, contact centre and voice recording solutions for Microsoft Teams.
We engaged with them in late 2018 in order to recruit two sales people for their UK sales team. At the time Luware’s UK operations were very small but the company had identified the UK market as a major growth area. Since this initial assignment we have supported Luware’s growth not only in sales but across multiple business units, placing 16 candidates in a variety of roles, including Account Executive, Account & Partner Manager, UC Engineer and Head of Professional Services.
The key to our success with Luware has been our engagement on a personal level with senior decision makers up to VP level. The relationship is a genuine partnership with regular open communication between parties. We have taken the time to understand Luware’s unique company culture and understand the type of individual that fits that culture not just in terms of technical skills and professional experience but also the personality traits required to be a Luwarian.
