Salary: £100,000 / OTE: £200,000

The Role:

  • This remote and office based (London x2 per week) sales management position will be focused on managing, coaching & developing an Account Management team of circa 10 heads
  • You and the team will be selling their Marketing Intelligence platform into UK & EMEA SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise customers across multiple Commercial market sectors (BFSI, Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Telco, Media etc) on a 100% upsell/cross sell basis.
  • You will be targeted to achieved a team quota of around $4.5M-$5.5M ARR per annum (each AE has a quota of $350K – $400k ARR), dealing with average order values of $18K – $25K AEE, although some deals start at $5K ARR and go well beyond $100K ARR but the aim is to go after the quick wins (transactional) sales with a sales cycle of just 3 to 4 weeks typically.
  • EMEA wide remit based from the London office in the UK.
     

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years in transactional B2B software sales leadership (Account Management function)
  • This is direct SaaS sales so must be used to this type of environment
  • Ideal if coming from Database or Marketing Intel software (or any other marketing play is great) but otherwise would be considered from other B2B software (business apps) – reseller sales leaders are equally attractive to them as they are activity led and enjoy quick wins!
  • Must have an entrepreneurial attitude, love to coach & mentor, highly driven style (money hungry)
  • Able to demonstrate a professional and consultative leadership manner as coaching and mentoring is a key component of this role. 
  • Can use Salesforce & other social messaging platforms like Slack or Outreach.
